Overview
About Me
Hey there,
I'm a sport enthusiastic open minded person. I like to meet new people, learn about different opinions and get to know new cultures.
In my spare time i spend my time climbing or trailrunning, doing acrobatics and acroyoga or reading.
I play guitar and add digeridoo and really like to listen to live music.
I love to speak spanish or get some practise time from native speakers. In return I could offer chess lessons, or ....
In the unlikely situation that we are out of good ideas, we could always go for a hike into the alps, or into the climbing gym closeby. In my flat, there's a keyboard, a didgeridoo and a guitar, so we might be able to entertain ourselves :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'd like to travel on a shoelace budget and truely believe that it's possible and actually quite easy to create situations in which everyone "wins".
Interests
I'd be happy to share book recommendations. Or send one of my favorite books with you around the world :)
running and trailrunning lately fell out of list of activities due to some issues with my knee.
my rock climbing recently got on a new level. On rock I climb up to 7a, in the climbing gym I clib up to 9+ UIAA. Since April 2024 I work as a climbing teacher.
I'm still on my endeavor around philosophy. In september I'll continue my academic studies in this field of research. I love to talk about topics like determinism or philosophy of language. If someone is interested in discussing Kant or Witgenstein I'd be quite happy!
chess and GO are currently my go to spare time favorites whenever I get bored.

Teach, Learn, Share
I'd like to teach learn and share about my passions:
Chess, Sportclimbing, philosophy
Chess, I play on a daily base, from time to time I get payed for giving lessons for beginners. I am not a professional, but I can give good advice for beginners. I am quite good at making chess fun, even if you just learnt the basic rules.
Sportclimbing is always fun. If you are already on an advanced level I'd be happy to do some real climbing with you. If you never tried it before, I might be the right guy to give you professional lessons, since that's what I do for a living.
Philosophy,
well I'd say, that never get's old ;)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can teach german, take you climbing, teach you at your first steps in acroyoga, introduce you into some local culture and customs, jam with you on the guitare, piano, didge, share stories about my life or just try to be good company.
Since I work as a freelancer I could offer a lift to your next destination. I like to participate in your journey. I feel like helping others on their travel pursuit effects me in a positive way :) Let me know if you feel like I could help you - I try to do what I can!
