See as much of my corner of the world as possible while saving up to see the rest of it.

ABOUT ME

I like good food, good beer, and good company. I love riding my motorcycle and seeing where it takes me. I love backpacking and spending time in nature with my awesome wife. Trying to get better at growing vegetables in the garden, had some awesome tomatoes last year though!

PHILOSOPHY

There's no point in not doing what you love. You can't out off all your hopes and dreams for a future that may never arrive.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We've hosted once and would like to host more. Used CS to meet locals as we scouted our future move to Oregon. Would like to do some group meet ups in the area soon.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Overwhelmingly positive. Everyone has been extremely nice and accommodating. We look forward to participating in CS for a long time.

Interests

Homesteading/sustainable living and moving towards a more minimalist and less consumerist lifestyle. Trying to learn more about mechanical things, I love riding my motorcycle and am trying to teach myself how to do all the maintenance as it comes up. Currently renovating a 1968 Airstream Land Yacht with my wife so that we can have an off grid home and travel at will. She is getting into sewing. On again off again homebrewer. Languages, cultures, geography.
