For Couchsurfers
Our place is 40 minutes away by bus, 10 minutes away by taxi from Luodong Station (羅東車站）。
Reminder: If you stop at Yilan Station(宜蘭車站). It's 30 minutes away by car.

I am writing this in 2024. I am not as flexible as I used to be, so if you want to do something or go somewhere together, let me know in advance so we can make a plan.
At least, I can offer couchsurfers a bed, a bathroom with hot water, and things to know before coming to Yilan.

For hosts
I am an independent and open-minded traveler. I like meeting locals and simply just live in a place without going anywhere touristic. I usually prepare some gifts from Taiwan, but I don’t like to give you trash if you don’t want it. When I’m traveling I have a presentation about Taiwan so if there’s any occasion that we can share our stories to students and locals, that would be a great opportunity for cultural exchange.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I started to host people in 2015 and enjoyed the cultural interactions and the insights I got through the conversations. I want to share this experience with others so I participated in the project called Culture Diving Taiwan. (Also known as Couchsurfers In Class)

You’ll have the teachers’ contact information after you fill out the form. And we will also introduce you to them. After you have contacted the teachers, please share your itinerary with them. The teachers will help you arrange your accommodation near the schools.
