About Me
If I am contacting you a bit last minute, it is because I am hitchhiking across Canada and my evening destination is more often than not a mystery!
I am a wondering traveller. I haven't stopped adventuring since the last three years and I have no intentions of stopping.
I'm scared of boredom and do everything to avoid it. This was and still is, most often, the cause for my nomadic habits.
I have the habit of settling, finding a job and establishing roots for a few months to a year in a location I've most likely decided on a whim. It doesn't always work out the way I was hoping but things continue to move and so will I.
Let's meet up
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Beacause winter is not ideal to camp outside. I also got back into the habit of appreciating regular showers.
Interests
I love to adventure and wonder around. I'm a curious being and often find myself discovering amazing things that are hidden in plain view.
You will find my walking the streets during the day or even better at night. I will be hiking the biggest mountain I can find in the area and regretting the decision the entire way until the top. I remember this one time, I found snow in August! My buddy couldn't even grasp the idea that he was just hit by a snowball.

Music, Movies, and Books
Just like my travel habits, my music habits change like the seasons. Right now I'm absolutely in love with the fabulous voice of Charles Aznavour.
Life on the road is not always super exciting. On the slower bits, I grab one of my books and jump right into amazing and inspiring adventures of protagonists of all genres. My flying imagination does enjoy the fantasy genre. On the other hand real life inspiring counts of bravery, adventure and passion always hits a soft spot.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hitch-hicked Canada
Today it would be easy in my own eyes. But at the time I was leaving the comfort of my mother's home and protection of the small town I was living in to face all the (not so great) dangers of Canada.
I also hiked the tallest mountain in Tofino while smoking cigarettes and drinking. I'm amazed my lungs did not collapse. Kudos to them.
Teach, Learn, Share
It is impossible to die of starvation in Canada. You can go to bed hungry but that's about it.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm an amazing housekeeper! I even make a 5 star hotel like beds.
I will also brag about how you made that incredibly perfect bed to your girlfriend.
