I am a grant consultant (researcher / writer) and have a passion for travel, though it is one that is not fulfilled as often as would be liked. A few years ago I set off for a 6 month adventure throughout Europe and North America whilst still working for my Australian employer via the interweb. Probably the best experience of my life, and the one in which I had the wonderful opportunity to be hosted by members of the couchsurfing community. I fully intend to pay forward this experience when I have the means in my home town.

Looking at any and all means of accommodation in order to get a nice variation in culture and experience. Love meeting new people and getting insight into their knowledge of their city or town. Eventually looking to pay forward my wonderful experiences as a guest, to become a host when I have the means to do so.

Interessi

Love nature and the outdoors but also appreciate sitting around and chatting, watching a good movie or diving into a good book. Love the big adventure and always trying new things. Can be both reserved or quite open depending on the situation and/or the people I am around. My life motto is probably carpe omnia... because the day just isn't enough.
