I live on Brighton Beach in 2-bedroom apartment , half a block from Ocean on my right and Sabway station on my left B or Q trains . It takes about 35min to get to 34th Street by B-train and 50 min by Q-train.
Russian neighborhood is a busy food market street , a lot of cooked, prepared food you can take out ( buffet style, priced by weight ). You'll never be hungry here on Brighton Beach - homemade hot food or salads are in EVERY food store :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm renting out the second room in my 2-bedroom apartment on Airbnb , but sometimes it's empty.
So I don't mind to host with people in need, people who like to travel , but low in budget .
I've been in that situation myself and would love to help others .
