No Ka Oi!!! and maybe someday use the app for a little couchsurfing myself. To be honest with all of the bicycle touring I've done, I've been couchsurfing for years.....I just never used an app for it. Old School...ride into any random town....find the local hangout and offer a pint to whoever can help me find overnight accommodation....usually with my kids. Most of the time it took no more than 10 min even with a language barrier and to show just how generous and kind people are....we never once came up empty.

I practiced as an anesthesiologist for many years before taking a break from it....Toured unsupported on bicycle in 20+ countries....I used to skydive regularly. Not good at following directions 😉 (one thing).

I have an intimate knowledge of Maui and there is not much I haven't seen or done on this little piece of heaven. While I love to play tour guide...when I can't I always point people in the right direction to help them get the absolute most out of their time here...think secret local spots. People who visit me and take my kama'aina advice ....always leave saying....that was awesome and I never would have found that on my own.
