Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My friends are already welcome at my place when visiting the PacNW, but there's probably lots of cool people out there who shouldn't be paying for hotels.

Maybe I'll use Couchsurfing at some point when I'm travelling?

It's becoming apparent to me that I'm not sure what I'm signing up for here. Do people teach & learn on couchsurfing? I'm an outdoor adventurer type, so I can tell you lots about certain outdoorsy things, especially if it relates to biking or climbing.

I'm always excited to learn about what outdoor things others are doing...
