I'm a nomadic artist who's been living in Chicago for the past two years. Music, new friends, culture, love, sex, and poetry are my inspirations for traveling. My favorite things to do in a new city is to dance!

I love photography and writing. I take surreal studio photographs but also document candid everyday photos. I work for a newspaper in Chicago doing photojournalism and marketing. I also have my own magazine of my own artistic interest.

I am introspective, easy-going, and a documentarian of human life. I am interested in BDSM, kink, and nudist lifestyles as a way of self expression and community building.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to explore underground queer culture in the cities I travel to.

I want a relationship with my couch surfer where we can engage in real cultural exchange. I have a magazine called UNMASK. I document stories and photographs of people who I meet around the world. I enjoy weird, on the fringes, and unique stories that make up the human experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a sucker for international art house queer films. I love all things queer love related. I love it when someone shows me an avant garde movie I haven't seen before.

Since coming to Chicago, I have come to love house and techno music and spend most of my weekends dancing to music. I DJ as a hobby and love to share my music with others. Show me where they play the underground music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent 3 months in Oaxaca, Mexico doing a residency making art out of Mole. It was my first art residency that I did right out of undergrad and I met friends who I still speak to today.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach English, it's my first language and I am pretty patient. I can teach some acrylic art skills! I love to paint, and I love painting with others. I am a documentarian, so I can show you how to use a camera. I love doing photoshoots, so I can arrange a photoshoot for you. I am open to talking about American society and culture. I also am working on a travel zine, and welcome you to be a part of it.

I want to learn everything. Whatever you have to offer, I am receptive to receiving.
