I'm an artist above all. I love learning from things and people around me. I'm primarily a pianist but I'm also a multi-instrumentalist, composer, producer, visual artist, sound designer and student. I've traveled around the country and internationally as a performing musician. I attend Berklee College of Music, class of 2016 (almost there) studying Composition and Production. I'm typically pretty reserved when meeting new people but I love learning about different cultures and lifestyles. I'm basically just a young man trying to learn as much as he can and make as huge of a positive impact on the world as possible.

As a professional musician, I'm often traveling a lot for shows, conventions, festivals etc. I also just want to make an effort to travel more, see more of the country/world. A program like this would make that a lot easier.

I love so many different types of music. I grew up on soul music but I love rock, jazz, blues, fusion, electronic, folk, classical. I also have professional experience in all of those areas. My favorite movies are comedies but I also love action movies, dramas, psychological thrillers... anything with a good story. As a kid I was into a lot of fantasy novels but nowadays I am more into historical and philosophical literature. But same as anything else, if it's interesting to me know matter what it is, I'm open to it.

At age 16, I auditioned for Berklee College of Music. I began studies in 2013 on a full-tuition scholarship. During my time at Berklee, I've learned so much and have had many great experiences. I've met and worked with some of my biggest inspirations including Sheila E, Nona Hendryx, Harry Belafonte, Aloe Blacc, Bilal, Brian McNight, Ledisi, Terri Lynne Carrington, Brian Blade, Terrence Blanchard and so many others. In 2014, I spent two weeks in France performing and teaching with a student group from Berklee. It was an incredible experience. The growth that I've had as a artist and human being while studying at Berklee has be enormous.

I think this is my biggest reason for wanting to use this program. I think that the biggest part of growing as a person is gaining a better understanding of the world around you. Hopefully the people that I meet can learn as much from my experiences as I do from theirs.

I know a ton of great music from many different time periods. I am a pop culture fanatic so there's a ton to talk about there. I'm also really into philosophy. But if you're just looking for a chill person to hang with, I am definitely not the type of person that's on 10 all the time so I can be chill.
