About Me

After 20 years working for someone else, I decided it was time to build something of my own.

Today I run an online business that allows me to work from anywhere, giving me the freedom to travel, explore the mountains and design life on my own terms.

For years I was skeptical about this path. But I eventually realized that the real failure is not trying at all.
That decision opened the door to a completely different lifestyle.

Alongside my online business, I also create wild travel plans for people who want more than standard tourism.

These are ready-to-go travel routes for weekends, weeks or even months — based entirely on places I’ve personally explored during my travels across 33 countries and 4 continents.

Every itinerary is built from real experience and can be adapted to each traveler’s wishes, whether it’s:

a solo adventure
a couple’s trip
a romantic getaway
or a longer exploration

I also collaborate in a global wellness project focused on health, sustainability and conscious living, helping people improve their wellbeing while creating opportunities for a more independent lifestyle.

ABOUT ME

Describing yourself is never easy, but here it goes.

My experiences — both good and difficult — shaped who I am today.
I’m a very honest person and I believe sincerity is the foundation of every strong relationship.

At the same time, I’m open-minded and curious about people, cultures and different ways of living.
I can be shy at first, but once a conversation starts that quickly disappears.

I’m naturally active and always looking for movement, exploration and new experiences.
Nature plays a big role in my life. The mountains are where I feel most connected and where I take the time to slow down and listen.

My passions include:

traveling the world
hiking and mountain adventures
mountain biking
skiing in winter
discovering wild landscapes

PHILOSOPHY

If you don't try, you will never know if it was meant for you or not!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For me Couchsurfing is about meeting people, sharing experiences and creating real connections across cultures.

My main goal here is to host travelers from around the world, spend time together and show them a bit of my country, my mountains and the places I love.

If you stay with me, I won’t just give you a place to sleep, I’ll do my best to make you feel at home.

I enjoy exchanging stories, perspectives and travel experiences. Every person brings a different view of the world, and that’s exactly what makes traveling so valuable.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first Couchsurfing experience was in 2013 in the Netherlands.
At the time I had no idea what to expect… but it turned out to be an amazing experience.

Since then Couchsurfing became part of my way of traveling.

Over the years I’ve been meeting people, being hosted and hosting travelers myself, especially since 2018 when I started opening my place whenever possible.

Every place I visited and every person I met gave me something different:

new perspectives
different cultural views
unexpected conversations
and sometimes friendships that last far beyond the trip.

These exchanges are something I consider extremely valuable when traveling.

Even in a world that sometimes feels complicated, Couchsurfing reminded me that there is still a lot of kindness and openness between people.

And that’s exactly why I’m still here.
