ABOUT ME

I'm a university lecturer and my research looks at disability rights and social services. I enjoy good food, social issues, world affairs, hiking, nature, bars, fiction, foreign films and travel.

I generally get on well with people who have an international outlook, are open-minded and up for random discussions and activities.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I used CS a lot in the late 2000s and really enjoyed hosting and being a guest due to the interesting exchanges and conversations. I've reactivated my profile in 2026 since i really enjoy meeting locals when travelling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have explored my home city with National Geographic journalists, hosted a group of European volunteers for a long weekend and hung out with visitors to Tatarstan.
