COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first proper Couchsurfing experience was in August 2012, during a week trip to Vancouver, Canada. Since then I have couchsurfed in Gaborone and Francistown in Botswana, while 4x4ing across both Botswana and South Africa. Also had the opportunity to Couchsurf with some truly epic Canadians in Newfoundland, Quebec and Ontario. Couchsurfing gave me a true locals view to both Canada and Botswana, and has given me the opportunity to meet some truly incredible and inspiring people. I am looking forward to Couchsurfing again and really hope to give back and host in the future!

兴趣

Travel, experiencing different cultures and meeting new people is by far my no.1 'interest'! Followed by overland driving, mountain and road biking, bush walking / hiking and IT.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

First time traveling overseas to Wuhan, China. Huge culture shock, but I had the opportunity to meet some amazingly friendly and welcoming people, tasted some very interesting food (Boiled tortoise being one :/ ) and a cityscape that's ever changing and huge! Hope to travel back to China in the future!
