About Me

I am a soon to be college graduate looking to explore the country and world, and am finding I'm starting to lag behind on it. I am easy going person and at least like to think I'm easy to get along with. One thing "About Me" is that I'm not very good with "About Me" sections.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To find couches to sleep on while traveling of course!

Also, I feel like Couchsurfing will offer a way to visit places and get an experience that is obviously quite different than staying at a hotel/hostel.

I do not currently live in a place where it is appropriate to have guests via Couchsurfing but hopefully that will change within this year.

Interests

My favorite thing to do is waste time on the internet, although I like to keep it at least slightly educational. I really enjoy keeping up with current events and reading/watching things that can enhance my understanding of them like history, economics, philosophy, etc. That being said I really like researching conspiracy theories and am an occasional sucker for them.

Like most people I also enjoy movies, TV shows, video games, and music. My favorite 'hobby' is probably pro wrestling(my picture is of me with Greg "The Hammer" Valentine and Nikolai Volkoff)

Music, Movies, and Books

Of Montreal, The Descendents, Sonic Youth are a few of my favorites off the top of my head. I also love most music from the 80s.

Back to the Future 1 & 2 are my favorite movies, and I consider them one. My others are The Fugitive, Dumb and Dumber, and The Godfather II.

My three favorite books are Huckleberry Finn, The Giver, and On the Road. I've recently got into the works of Robert Anton Wilson, but lately I cannot find the ability to focus on a book, hopefully that changes with some traveling.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'll come back to this one.

Teach, Learn, Share

um, not sure what I can teach, but I am willing to argue about politics or something. Always down to learn, and I can share whatever seems relevant.

What I Can Share with Hosts

An enjoyable time I hope, I can also show you the very worst of American television. And by worst I mean best.

Countries I’ve Visited

Bahamas, Canada, Italy, Mexico, Spain

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
