Overview
About Me
I'm a medical student and an aspiring neurologist, with the belief that everyone deserves a quality of life that lives to its potential.
I was born and raised in Hong Kong and was trained in the United States in biochemistry. As years have passed (esp. having gone through my quarter life crisis) I have learnt to succumb and acknowledge how little I knew about the world and the need to surmount this ignorance.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I was never comfortable with the notion of couchsurfing. The idea of living under the roof with a complete stranger was simply foreign.
It was several years ago when I was traveling in Mexico that I decided to dismantle my comfort zone and Couchsurfed with a friend. It serendipitously turned out as one of my most rewarding life journeys and provided distinctive perspectives that have since changed my life. I am optimistic that the CS community would be able to help me replicate that experience.
Interests
Everything - educate me!
(Yet I must admit for most of my life I have been preoccupied with the mundane disciplines of medicine, economics, and sociology. That's the nature of my work, but of course I'm doing it because I'm enthusiastic about it. I am more than happy to discuss!)
