Hello everyone! :) my name is Michal Shachar, i am a 22 years old Israeli. Almost two years ago i finished the army, and since then i traveled the USA, India, Sri Lanka, Australia, PNG, Fiji and planning to travel for long as i'm awake and capable of :)
I can tell you i'm always looking at the bright side of life, like to meet new people with good energies, the bigger the smile - the better!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling and i believe we should open our hearts and our homes to each other, we can help each other save money so we could travel for longer time! I believe its the best way to get to know new people, make new bonds with people all over the world doesn't matter if were at the same age, gender or religion.
its an amazing way to gain trust in human beings and learn new things.
now i'm traveling and when i'll be back in Israel you guys are more than welcome in my home and my heart is open for you guys!

Music is my favorite thing on earth as i said. i play guitar, i sing and write my own music, always happy to learn new things about music, to get to know new music and new instruments.

all kinds of music! i have a special room in my heart for Thom Yorke and Radiohead in general, old rock n roll music from 60'-90', jazz music, ray charles, nina simone, aretha franklin, otis redding, joe cocker, electronic music like air, zero 7, massive attack, israeli music and a lot more, basicly everithing! always open to listen to new music. tarantino movies are my favorite. leonardo dicaprio movies, that kind of movies that making you think.
