Hi guys! My name is Michelle (yeah to be honest it's Michalina but I know it's hard to pronounce so let's stay with Michelle) and I'm 20. I studied psychology but I dropped out. I decide to traveling, getting to know the world and other cultures as long as I can, maybe after that I'll worry about tommorow ;)

I'm also a animal lover, right now I am a active volunteer in a shelter, I was also a volunteer at the ZOO, I organisated few fund-raiser for homeless animals. In the past I had many kind of animals - like mouse, rats, hamsters, fish, rabbits, guinea pigs I even had a horse, but now I'm living with two cats and dog. I would love to associating the future with animals and nature, do something on a large scale, not only for local shelters.

If you ask me where I prefer to travel - it's all depends on my mood. I mean, sometimes I'm traveling to places like Iceland, RPA (Safari), Switzerland, and everything like that - places where I can live near to nature, where I can feel it, be alone with it. But sometimes I just need to go to places where I can enjoy citylife, and right now I'm planning my trip to London.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Fun fact - I'm (or maybe I was?) a shy person, and Couchsurfing is helping my to fight with this. I love the idea of travelling and knowing people around the all world, especially they cultures and lifestyle!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I stopped road traffic to let a hedgehog safely cross a road!!

At the beginning people were yelling at me (it was multi-lane two way street), but when they saw that I'm helping this lil guy cross the street they they started to laugh and support me :P
