Helloooo, I guess most of you don't know me so I will give a brief introduction about myself. My name is Michalis (but you can call me Michael if you find it hard) and I come from Cyprus. I am 22 years old and I am currently studying Electrical & Electronic Engineering at Imperial College London.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I feel that Couchsurfing is an amazing opportunity to travel around in a place as you meet locals that can help you go to the best secret spots of the area or even take you there by themselves. Also I am interested in meeting like minded people love travelling and can share a lot of interesting experiences that they had and I had in our travels.

Interests

I am an avid music fan and I play the piano and the guitar and I can also sing.
I love latin dances, especially salsa.
I like rock climbing even though its been a while to climb.
I like conversations about philosophical issues such as whether we have free will, what is time, how are human interaction formed and the importance of them in our lives.

I love every kind of music apart from pop and metal. Some of my favourite artists are: Bob Marley, Santana, Radiohead, Pink Floyd, Guns n Roses, Jack Johnson, Stevie Ray Vaughn.
Some of my favourite movie are: Shawshank redemption, Good will hunting, Usual suspects.
Some of my favourite books are: 1984, Harry Potter, The alchemist

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I guess the most Interesting thing that I've done is being in the national service for 2 years in my home country Cyprus.
