ABOUT ME

We are a couple from Poland. My name is Lukasz and my wife is Agata. We were both born in Lublin, which is a city in south - eastern Poland. At the age of 4 my parents and I emigrated to Australia. We returned to Poland when I was 14, where I finished school. I've been in different jobs since, mostly in Poland but also I lived in Edinburgh Scotland where I worked as a chef.
Agata spent most of her life in Lublin, excluding an episode in New York. She is a mathematician and economist and in Poland she worked as a project manager in regional government.
So basically she’s “admin”, the brains of the operation and I‘m “tech”, so I end up carrying luggage :)
We met 5 years ago and got married some time later. I always wanted to go back to Australia and it turned out Agata always wanted to live there, so we decided to make the trip of our lives and move down under.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We're new. We were encouraged to set up a profile by our friend who is a couchsurfing pro. He stayed at our place in Lublin and told us about it. We've always enjoyed having guests stay at our home, now we found a network for people like us.
