I’m Michelle. I'm a curious and conscious traveler, self-confessed cat lady and market explorer. I’ve been on the road across Europe and LatAm for the past 1 months working as a community and experience manager for Remote Year (a work travel program) and have a background in NGOs working for a combination of small and large international charities with a specialism in volunteer and event management.

I grew up on a small dairy farm in the UK and love getting stuck in and collaborating on projects. I’m always striving to be the best ‘global citizen’ I can be and live responsibly. I have a growing interest in sustainability and ecotourism. I love to learn and continuous growth, contribution and sharing is part of my core value set.

I’m currently working on a side hustle with the aim to connect local artisans to a more global market by sharing stories and demonstrating radical transparency. I am specifically looking to meet locals and experience communities and countries for their true culture... through the local people.
