I have coached CrossFit for 8+ years- love fitness and building relationships through helping people in their health journey! My speciality is gymnastics and would be happy to teach what I can! I have been known to help people get handstands!
Growing up my family played rummy 500 so I would love to play some cards and teach you how I learned or learn a new game from you!!
