Hey everyone! I'm Michelle, currently in my last year of my music degree in voice. Right now the plan is to go into performance, either in opera or musical theatre, or both! I've been involved with music and theatre for the majority of my life and they are by far my favourite categories of activities to partake in. I'd love to travel more and get a chance to improve my foreign language skills. I'm friendly, love meeting new people, and I'm always up for an adventure! Looking forward to meeting you!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to see how other people live in different parts of the world! I'm in the midst of discovering myself and the way I want to live, and I think connecting with other people and visiting other places gives you invaluable experiences that can only better the people involved.

Music, Movies, and Books

Classical music! My favourite composers include Schumann, Brahms, and Beethoven.
I don't have a favourite genre of movie, but two of my favourites are The Sound of Music and Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
I was obsessed with Harry Potter my entire childhood and they are still my favourite books today.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably the most rewarding thing I have done was working at a nursing home facility for three summers after I graduated high school. I was an assistant to the recreation programmer, and being able to contribute to bettering the quality of life of the residents (and not to mention make a lot of friends) has truly been amazing.
