I grew up in Michigan and live half my life in Chicago and currently living there.
I went to college for art/graphic design and then changed my career in my late 30's and then became a personal trainer since 2004.
I love to travel and expereince new things like food (I'm a big foodie), wine,and art.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am somewhat newly divorced and I am finally taking time off to travel the world.
I would like to meet people in different countries and get to know their culture!

I love animals! I have four of my own, two pomeranian boys (they are brothers) and two cats. They live with my ex now and I see them when I can. I also house/pet sit for time to time. Its a great expereince.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been on the news 5-6 times for my personal training business. I was the only female trainer in Chicago that owned a studio that offered personal training, fitness classses and nutrition for women at that time.
Through the exposure from being on the news, I have been features and published in health and fitness magazines eight times!
