ABOUT ME

I am full Polish, but born and raised in California. I prefer to stay in places longer to get to know the place, people and culture beyond what is listed in a travel book. I have experience working in consulting, non-profit/development work sector and am looking to gain more experience with social enterprise. I've lived in Spain, Russia, Panama and India and am now back in lovely San Francisco. I love the couchsurfing culture and can't wait to finally live in a place where I can share my home with visitors as well.

PHILOSOPHY

It's crucial for people to travel and get to know others to widen their own perspective and view on life and to learn about how others live and survive.

I have met couchsurfers in other cities, however, this is the first time that I am formally participating.

Interests

I love live music of any kind and outdoor festivals, especially with a mix of afro-cuban beats. Running, reading and yoga are daily habits. I also play piano and am learning the guitar. All my other time is spent working at a nonprofit and attending local social entrepreneur events.
