About us:

We met 7 years ago and have been best friends ever since. We became a couple over 4 years ago during our trip around the USA before spending 5 months travelling Canada. We met so many amazing people during that trip, several fellow couch surfers and we loved the spirit of this community.

Kyle work as an Audio Technician on some pretty awesome jobs that takes him all kinds of places whilst I hang out in my job in the forest. Neither of us are complaining. Of course we miss travelling so whenever we can we will and when we can't we would love to meet up with people who are here travelling and can share some awesome experiences.

PHILOSOPHY

For us it's not only about the destinations we reach but also the journeys along the way, after all life is what you choose to make it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have stayed with many people and done a little hosting. When our accommodation allows for it, we would love to host more. The last people we hosted have gone on to become close friends despite being the other side of the world. I could not recommend being a part of this community more. Our world totally opened up.

Interests

Kyle: I love meeting new people, seeing new places, learning new things, running, drumming, snowboarding, swimming, composing, jamming, hiking and above all new experiences :)

Michelle: I change my mind on this every other week, except for two things; a) I am dog crazy and b) I love to be outdoors and travelling. I've taken a liking to pyrography, cooking, photography, sketching, adventure racing and all sorts in between. Basically if you suggest it, I am going to want to try it.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: All types except Horror/Slasher movies, these scare Michelle.

Music: A wide collection covering from chillout to country, metal and pop :) there's no style we won't listen to

Books: Kyle likes reading historical books whilst Michelle loves fiction and any books to do with animals.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Every place we visit has had amazing experiences in one way or another, it doesn't matter where you are it's what you make of your surroundings!

Whether this is watching the sunset whilst traveling through the Ad-Dahna desert or swimming in the freezing cold waters of lake Huron.
