I was born and raised as beach baby on the gulf shores of Florida and lived in Park City, Utah for the past winter. I am currently on a relocation journey to the Pacific Northwest to figure out where I want to settle for the next chapter in my life. I have a marketing degree from the University of Florida, but haven't wanted to commit to a corporate lifestyle so I haven't put it to much work over the past few years. I care deeply about the people I love and am interested in learning from what other have to give.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I will be greatly appreciative to any one who is willing to open their home to me and share why the love or maybe don't love about the place they are currently residing in. I have been lusting for this part of the country for a while now and trying to figure out which area is the best fit for me is a challenge without getting to know people who actually live in the communities.

Interests

I love being outdoors whether it means hanging out on the beach or going for a hike in the mountains. I write, sometimes poetry, sometimes just about whatever is on my mind. My body needs to be active to feel right. I run, box, and started to have a new found love for learning yoga before leaving Florida. So I am slowly working on my practice. And I absolutely love live music, probably one of the things that makes me happiest is enjoying an awesome show!

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite music: Avett Brothers(I and Love and You, and all albums prior, nothing new really), Radiohead, Houndmouth, Nahko and Medicine for the people, Rubblebucket. I listen to a large variety that ebbs and flows.

Movies have never been something I have gotten super into, I am up for suggestions!

Books: The Fountainhead, Ishmael, Island.
