Hello! I’m Michelle. I spend my free time swimming, hiking, and reading travel literature. The world amazes, excites, and humbles me. Over the past few years, I have been met with hospitality and kindness from CSers in so many places. I also had my turn to settle down and do some hosting. Now I am traveling for a short while again!

I started out using CS to meet people when I did traveled solo. Had some truly eye-opening experiences both hosting and surfing. Now, I couchsurf because there's no better way to experience a place, meet splendid people, eat the best local food, and come closer to learning what the heck the world is all about.

CS continues to restore my belief that the best lessons are learned from people who are the most different from you.
