Hey! I am from Austin, Texas. I've lived in New York for 5 or so years. I like reading in shady places. I always default and drink Shiner Bock when I'm in a bar and don't know what to order. I get very excited and intense when people are interested in things I am interested in, or when people are just excited about their experiences or interests in general.

I love George Saunders, Michel Foucault, Kurt Vonnegut, Flannery O'Connor, Paul Blackburn, Margaret Atwood; read some short stories by Italo Calvino recently that were amazing. I don't know books are the best.

Anything Allison Janney is in is great. I love blaxploitation films, spaghetti westerns, heist films, anything by Richard Linklater. I'll watch pretty much any movie once. I am also 100% into romcoms that are based on Shakespearean plays, there is no good reason for this.
