At the moment it's to have a few adventures, learn more about myself and hopefully meet some great people along the way.

ABOUT ME

I am from the beautiful Florida Gulf Coast. I love reading, watching movies, exploring new places, meeting people, acting, frisbee, swimming, riding horses and playing with my dog. The dog in question is an amazing Blue Heeler mix that is my baby and makes my life better in so many ways. I'm also pretty sure that she can teleport. :D

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live by the Golden Rule. I don't always succeed, but that's part of being human.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In the future where I have my own place that's larger than a closet, I would love to host people. In the meantime I would like to hang out and meet fellow Couch-surfers and do some traveling.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Way too many! I do tend to gravitate toward Fantasy and Science Fiction more often though. Some favorites are: The Princess Bride, Back to the Future, the LOTR trilogy, Brigadoon, Singin' in the Rain, My Man Godfrey, Notting Hill, Indiana Jones trilogy, Hot Fuzz, Bedknobs and Broomsticks, Big Trouble in Little China.

Television: Doctor Who, Once Upon a Time, Person of Interest, Highlander, Firefly, Due South, No Reservations

Theatre: Shakespeare, The Phantom of the Opera, Cats, Pippin, The Foreigner, You Can't take it With You, and many more.

Music: I love 80s music, specifically New Wave, Synth, Post-Punk and Pop. Classic Rock, a lot of Alternative stuff and Dance music. I also enjoy listening to great movie soundtracks.

Books: The Lord of the Rings, Outlander series, Harry Potter, The Dresden Files, Animal Farm, anything by Mark Twain, Kipling. So many that I cannot think of at the moment.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Watching the sunset for over an hour because we were flying toward it. Just flying to me is miraculous. I think many people take it for granted.

Had a wild dolphin come within 20 feet of me on a sandbar in South Florida. :)
