fellow Earth traveler who considers that humanity's most important role is to be steward of Mother Earth. I am an appreciator of all of the variable forms of art, creativity, curiosity and intelligence, most especially of the kindly and convivial sort.

I'm in the midst of a career change - going forward I will be participating in cooperative, progressive education, high school level, in all the social sciences

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted now twice. 2 fine French journalists and a Belgian traveler - all were great people to converse with and super nice guests at my house.

Intereses

I'm reading and learning about permaculture, sustainability, Nature-inspired design technology, consciousness studies, neuroscience and effective collaborations in education.

I know about wild edible plants, herbal and natural remedies, have kept bees. I have a big interest in music so although I'm a rank amateur I can appreciate making improv music with others and certainly know that I can learn from musicians. Would LOVE to practice my Portuguese (Brazilian) with anyone as well!
