ABOUT ME

Dislocated midwife and mother of two fantastic children. Love being outside and in the sea, wish to do a proper triathlon oneday and be able to get my "toes on the nose".

PHILOSOPHY

Don't go judging anyone til you can sort your own stuff out. Be kind to one another. I actually believe the children are our future!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Thanks to the kindness of strangers all good experiences, but at least one weird one involving an Englishman in Krakow, a strange pub, eight sided chess board, night vision goggles and a black bathroom.

Interests

Cyling, surfing, running, walking, camping, reading, listening to great tunes and talking with my favourite people. Also watching women and men become parents and seeing the magic of a baby born!

Music, Movies, and Books

NZ music rules! Also really loving Bats for Lashes, Okkervil River, CatPower at the mo'. Anything my mother listened to when I was growing up too. My all time favourite movie is Room With A View, and anything that can make me teary, inspired or transported.
I love reading just about anything at all.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have had two children, life doesn't get anymore amazing than that!

Teach, Learn, Share

Breathing is truly the most amazing thing, and we should all learn how to do it properly. Also would be keen to be of help to anyone having a baby in any way shape or form.
