ABOUT ME

After I travelled for 6 month in 2008 I was offered a job in London. Since then I live in the UK. After initial problems to feel at home I am not settled in Brighton and am loving it very much. I have spend all my life working in Events and Marketing. Basically since I am seventeen and have therefore never finished University. Maybe university of life though. 10 years ago I started meditating and being more interested in how thoughts, emotions and barriers appear in our mind and body. Fascinating stuff. What else? Maybe that I want to go travelling again. One day. SO, if you have any interesting travel story to tell. Let's share over a glass of red wine.

PHILOSOPHY

I do believe that a active, challenging live is a happy life. Keep your brain busy, stay fit and kind of healthy. Enjoy the good moments and don't worry too much about the bad ones. That's it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I paddled the Yukon from Whitehorse to Dawson City and spend 3 days there at the Dawson City Music Festival... difficult just to name one thing.

Teach, Learn, Share

People believe I am a good coach (trained in REBT). Have done some meditation and stuff (but can not teach this, but talk about). I have spend some time kite surfing, mountain biking and sailing and am happy to share this. I can kind of cook but am always looking for something new to learn.
