Music, Movies, and Books

Basically I'm into movies that make me think, that defy the conventional way of audiovisual story telling and most of all that celebrate our capacity to recognize beauty and intelligence.
I can appreciate a good romance such as Dostoyevsky's White Nights but I tend to read more philosophical essays, 'holy' books and ancient history sources.
As to music, I find impossible to label my tastes. Depending on my mood and occasion I can be listening from Coltrane or Miles to Stravinsky or Liszt, to World Music or Electronic...
