I am a social person who loves being around people and engaging with them. I'm an easy going person who loves traveling to experience difficult cultures and the rich history everyplace has to offer.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I joined Couch surfing because a friend of mine had once hosted someone from Australia and said it was an experience that was worth the nerves they had about opening up their home to share with a stranger. The host and guest both walked away with an experience filled with history of each other's cultures and friendship.

I am looking for new experiences and friendship along the way of these experiences and to learn about others and what they have to offer through their culture.

Interesses

I love reading romance, science fiction, non fiction and history books. I love traveling and getting to taste the different cuisines people have to offer. I love cooking and I am getting better at it.

I enjoy going out with friends to unwind and go dancing. I am not a professional dancer but dancing is a past time favorite of mine.

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

Technically I listening to all genres but RnB, Jazz , Gospel and African beats are my to go to kind of music. I love listening to music that touches me because it grounds me when things get hard.

I am a movie fanatic who goes to the theatres every week to see movies. I like action, comedy, drama, romance and sometimes thrillers. I am not a fan of horror because even to this day I haven't trained my brain not to believe that is happening is not true thus I get to relive it in my dreams which I rather not do so I don't watch horrors.

It might not be amazing to others but to me it is... Moving to a Country that is 10000km away from home with no clue what to expect was the bravest thing I have done in my life. And today it is one of the best decisions I have ever made because it is a wonderful experience.

I am proud of my culture and my country. Sharing about the history and different cultures of South Africa and what makes my country a rainbow nation is what I can offer to hosts. I haven't experienced a lot to share but I have enough that makes a difference.
