The name's Miguel and I'm from Portugal.
I'm studying Business Administration at the moment and I have a dream that, one day, I'll return to Asia, this time to work and live for an undefined amount of time instead of studying and sightseeing.
I have a strong passion for travelling and one of my life goals is to visit every country in the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To be honest, a friend of mine told me about this when I was mad for not being able to find a Hostel in Arnhem, they were all booked up, and I decider to try my luck and create an account.
I hope I have many good experiences and be able to rely on fantastic people on more occasions.

Interests

I really like to play Pokemon, both the TCG (Trading Card Game) and the VGC (Video Game Competition), and I've been to World Championships 5 times now. I'm also a hardcore collector of both English and Japanese cards.

I also produce Electronic music and my artist name is Turbo Chinensis. The genres vary a bit, they go from Electro to straight Techno to Acid but I don't really like to label music with genres, I think the sounds transmit a message, sometimes much stronger than words, so there's no need to classify them. I just create music according to my mood and you can find me on Soundcloud.

When I get free time and have a beach nearby, the first thing I do is to grab my board and throw myself into the sea. It can be Summer, it can be Winter, it really doesn't matter if there are waves available! I'm a Bodyboarder and Bodysurfer (check this last on Youtube if you don't know the term).

And I like to travel, a lot!

Basically this is it, I also hang out with friends, have great dinners, parties and other similar stuff that I really like but we all do that so I decided to just tell the more unusual interests I have.
