About Me

Hola! I'm an Ecuadorian student of Philosophy & International Studies at the University of Florida.

I'm on CS because I to travel frequently at times by myself but often with a group of friends. I take great pleasure in meeting new people, sharing memorable experiences, and keeping in touch with them over the years. As a traveler, I often prefer to focus more on learning about the local culture of a new place rather than visiting as many tourist attractions as possible. I prefer to take my time and learn from new places and people. I am very much a student outside of the classroom!

A little bit of my background:
I was born and raised in Guayaquil, Ecuador, moved to Miami in 2010, and then started college in 2015 at the University of Florida.

Some of my favorite subjects include philosophy, psychology and art history. A lot of what I've learned has come from meeting new people from all over the world. Also, I am constantly told I have a great sense of humor!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Like most, I want to travel and meet new people and places. At the moment I don't have a place to host (being in college and all) but as soon as I get a stable place I will.
