ABOUT ME

Im originally from a small town Limbazi in Latvia, but for the past 4 years i have been living in England, UK.

Im a social explorer who loves discovering new places, cultures and food. I like to wonder off the traditional tourist trail to see the true country and the real people what makes each place so special.

When I was 12 I went on my first travel to Berlin,Germany, I caught the travel bug there and since then i haven't stopped thinking about all the other places where i want to go next

I don't own anything as all my budget goes to my true love - travel.

Im leaving my 9-5 job on 1st of November 2014 to travel the world with my two friends and to have the time of my life.

PHILOSOPHY

Speaking with Snow petrols words "Just say YES!" For me its important to be open minded and overcome fear of unknown. Im scared of heights, but I did say yes to bungee jumping.

I like to enjoy the moment and about tomorrow i will think tomorrow.

Im becoming an active surfer due to my RTW travel, hopefully one day I will be able to host everyone who has hosted me :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I havent stayed with anyone and i haven't hosted anyone, but i hope that I'm close future this all will change.

兴趣

Travelling, cooking and photography. I like reading biographies of inspiring people and book about travel. My favourite travel book is "The kindness of strangers".

I love socialising and where ever I go I like to meet up with locals and see the city with their eyes, experience it by tasting different foods and seeing places thats not in guide books.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The most amazon thing that I have done - 3 weeks of backpacking through Vietnam, from North to South. I didn't know what to expect when i decided to do this, but it was amazing, I even loved to 11h night trains, that my scooter broke down in the middle of nowhere and that I got my return dat wrong :D All these things made this trip unforgettable.
