ABOUT ME

I am really enjoying my life. I prefer to spend money or doing something, traveling somewhere than on newer/bigger/more fashionable/better car/phone/flat - pick any combination you wish.

I'm a kind of person that makes other people comfortable with me around... I don't know why but I assume it's because I'm very comfortable with myself and my flaws and because of that they don't feel embarrassed with theirs.

I'm a good partner for conversation... Any conversation. Topic is really not important since I love to talk about things I have no idea about. And I even express my opinions on that topics... (well this is the first one of my many flaws)

Interests

I don't want to list all the sports I am doing because nobody will ever believe it but I do a lot, but only sports requiring agility and endurance more than strength. If you'll ask me about it during our meeting I won't stop talking till you put something in my mouth to keep it shut.

Apart from sports I can't imagine life without books. I love buying books and having them. I must admit that I haven't read all the books I own but it's just stronger than me. I keep buying new ones. And later I give them away to strangers - no, I'm not that altruistic... I don't have space for them. Recently I became a big fan of Kindle and I enjoy having it all the time with me, it's super cool to have so many books in my pocket but I still love real, paper books.

I really like movies but recently I've discovered that I don't like to do it alone - strange? Perhaps. Because on the other hand I never express my comments out loud while watching it. I love to discover new music bands and sounds that I'm not expecting. (If you'll ask me about it during our meeting you'll have to cut of power and internet access to stop me from playing another song from YouTube).

Apart from that I've started to ride a motorcycle last year and it's also kind of fun. But definitely not the passion of my life and I don't think it describes my as a person. But yeah, you may call it an interest.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing that comes to my mind right now is a memory of spending Chinese New Year's Eve with Chinese family that invited me. It's like Christmas in Western culture when families gather no matter how far away they normally live. I was surprised that they were ready to host a stranger with them at that very special night. On that night I also heard the best compliment of my life: That I'm a good human. I've never heard anything as nice before or after.
