Born and raised in Japan. I'm a university student majoring in linguistics with a focus on Japanese language studies. I'm taking a gap year in 2025 to travel and explore the world! I've also studied a bit of Danish at university. I'm super passionate about languages and different cultures! I love volleyball and fencing (both playing and watching), and I'm equally happy spending time in nature or staying indoors with a book and coffee. I'm always ready for new adventures!

I absolutely LOVE traveling to new places, meeting new people, and having conversations! While tourist attractions are nice, I prefer the kind of travel where I can immerse myself in local life and culture - that's why I thought Couchsurfing was perfect for me...
