About Me

Hi couchsurfers !

I’m Japanese from Kyoto prefecture.
I lived in Canada until November 2019 for a year and 2months for Working Holiday.
(For 5 months in Toronto and 8 months in Montréal )
Now I’m staying in France (until the end of April in 2024), plus will be in the UK maximum for a year after that !

※ I wanted to see you all in Kyoto (Japan), but I’m currently out of Japan.
So it’s my pleasure to see you in those two countries or in other countries in Europe if you want !!

MY SPIRIT ;)
After finishing working holiday in Canada , I travelled for one month in 16 cities in 4countries in Europe, such as France, Germany, Belgium and Finland(Helsinki).

Seeing my friends there was my main purpose, so I met up with them.
While traveling, I was really relieved because I was always able to stay beside my reliable friends who know well their city and who can speak local language.

So, in the future, I want to do same in Japan, especially in Kyoto, not only for my friends but also for other travelers.
I know well the geography, famous spots, public transportation or which bus we should take (because buses in Kyoto city are a bit complicated haha).

Japan is so unique (in a good way), but therefore, you might feel a bit nervous, like about language, transportation or prices.
Then, I want to help you !
I can communicate in English and French a bit.
I’m still not a professional guide, but I just want to support your travel !
So don’t hesitate to contact and ask me something if you’d like to, even though I’m not in Japan right now.
I can give you tips, it’s my pleasure !

(In near future I’m going to be a host, but not now sorry!)

I hope I can hear from you all !

MYSELF :)
I learned depth about Kyoto, like its history, culture and literature of Kyoto, when I was university student.
I love my city where I was born and raised.
And also, I’m interested in traveling overseas.
It makes me sooooo excited.

I’m introvert (especially lately haha) but open minded.
I’m willing to talk about myself, listen to your story/thoughts ;)

I used to work in a hotel in Kyoto for 3 years and half, and now I'd like to be a tour guide who can take people from all over the world to many good places.

The main purpose of my stay in Canada was to learn English and French.
To be a guide for foreigner in Japan, I need to learn other languages and know different cultures in order to understand my potential guests !
That’s why I went to Canada, I moved to France this year and I’ll be in the UK next year :)

While living in other countries, I want to learn a lot, get much experience, meet many people and do cultural exchange outside of Japan !

Well it’s long but thank you for reading :)
