Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couch surfing to get a more authentic experience when I travel. Trying to stay away from all the tourist traps, I like to find the hidden gems that only a local would know. Also love meeting new people on my travels and making new friends + connections.

Interests

Just an upbeat person who loves meeting new people and learning about various cultures + languages. I worked in a boutique bar in Chicago so love trying new cocktails, wines and beers, paired with some delicious food. Obviously taking photos along the way. I also played basketball in college so being active is always a pleasure. V open minded + love to share with others.

Music, Movies, and Books

I appreciate almost anything when it comes to music!! I mostly stick to anything with bass or a guitar, but again my taste is v broad.

I love philosophical books, poem books, photography books, and history of places I traveled to or want to travel to.

I will always appreciate a comedy, or a thought provoking movie. Action movies, superhero movies, I like it all.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

First time moving out of the States and not speaking the native language. I will probably never stop traveling, this is something I have fallen in love with.

I can teach english, or teach/share how to use a film camera. Also open to practicing my Spanish at any given time :)
