About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Have a great summer and then get done with my studys

ABOUT ME

I really like food! To cook, to eat, to smell.

I am more of a nature-person than a big-city stroller. I have not done much hiking, but I am planning on changing that. The few hikes I have done here in Canada has been so good, that I will definitely explore the nature of Sweden more when I get back home.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music... oh... I listen to most music. Right now I am having a crush on the Finish vocal ensemble "Rajaton" that I saw in April this year. Otherwise I listen a lot to Swedish metal music (Dark Tranquility, Arch Enemy and so on).
I do not know if you can call them a Jazz-group, but Bo Kaspers Orkester is a another very good Swedish band, as well as Lisa Miskovsky, Elin Sigvardsson, Tingsek... the list goes on.
Best Concerts:
1. Rajaton, Alumni Hall, LOndon, ON, CAN
2. Dark Tranquility, SkyCome Arena, Umea, SWE

When it comes to movies, it is kind of the same thing, I have a broad taste. American History X, A Beautiful Mind, Alien, Aliens, Amelie from Montmartre, Babel, 5th Element, Leon, The Shawshank Redemtion, Das Boot, Finding Nemo, The City of Angels... and so on.

Books, well, when I take the time toread something else than courselitterature, I have greatly enjoyed: Janet Fitch - White Olander, John Ajvide Lindqvist - Let the right one in (Lat den ratte komma in, Swedish), Yann Martel - The life of Pi (might be called the story of Pi), Michael Connelly - the Poet,
Alice Sebold - the Girl from Above, Donna Woolfolk Cross - The Pop Johanna, Margaret Atwood - Oryx & Crake, George Owell - 1984.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Yosemite National Park in California, USA. Such a wonderful place with amazing nature. My exchange-year in London, Ontario, it was so much fun to meet all these people from all over the world, and to get to be apart of everyday life in a different part of the world.
