Overview
About Me
I am a guitar teacher in Los Angeles, California USA. Of course my hobbies include playing guitar and writing music, but I also enjoy cooking and am constantly looking for new recipes to try and people to cook for. I have a fascination with football (and Manchester United, specifically) and generally enjoy all sports. I'm trying to prioritize travel in my life as I feel I haven't done enough of it. The universe is a giant place and to not know my own home planet would be a tragedy. It's time to change that.
I am just as comfortable in a bustling metropolis as I am in the woods near a campfire away from civilization. I want to absorb what new cultures have to offer. I can't think of a better way to do that than to meet like minded people who want to share their knowledge and experiences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm making it a point to travel more. Like many, my priorities are to seek out good food and drink, good company and make new friends. I'm not interested in too many touristy activities. I want to experience what the locals do. See things that are off the visitor's maps. I want to craft a unique expericence everywhere I go.
Interests
Music, cooking, sports, camping, hiking, a chat over a pint or two, anything to do with space and conversations about the universe
Music, Movies, and Books
All kinds of music
I like movies. Donnie Darko is one of them
Books. Chuck Palahniuk stuff is good.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share some guitar and music ideas. Help with Spanish as well. I'd like to learn some more French and how to be a half decent photographer. I'm always open to more cooking ideas. Can't learn enough.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Let me cook for you, please. I absolutely enjoy it and I'm not half bad. I usually don't travel with my guitar, but if there is one around I would love to share my songs with anyone who'd listen.
