I play music and help people change their lives. I combine those two worlds and take care of musicians as the trusted authority of musician wellness. I love to write, read and enjoy most types of music. I like to think I'm a pretty rad guy. I enjoy going out and having fun, playing sports, or just chillin' over a good conversation and coffee!

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I'm fascinated with people and culture. I started this because I was travelling Europe in July 2015 for speed skating and wanted to live like a backpacker for the most part.

Intereses

I enjoy good music (alt rock, underground and old school hip hop, jazz, classic rock, soul.. etc..) good friends and all sorts of different theory on exercise, lifestyle and philosophy. Cycling, running, olympic weightlifting and of course speed skating and playing hockey are some of my favourite things. I like to read and research in my field of fitness, sales and life in general and I'm fascinated with people and how we all communicate and interact. Not a huge partier, as I like living all healthy like and I hear hangovers suck for morning jogs but with good friends fun times will be had!

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I can fix most nagging injuries or soreness as I am a post rehabilitation specialist. I enjoy teaching corrective exercise to anyone that wants a better quality of life because a sore back or aching knees are generally an easy fix. I can also teach drums/percussion as I am a professional drummer for nearly 10 years now. I also teach sales strategies for my job so I can offer that too.
I make a mean bacon and egg breakfast, pineapple guacamole and am something of a coffee connoisseur, love me. I have a deep respect for folks that are passionate about what they do and can engage in stimulating conversation about anything at all. I like to learn and be present.
