I am a devoted husband (wife Myla) and father of 3 (daughter Brynn 11, daughter Taryn 10 and son Jett 5). I make my living as a freelance Art Director and Graphic Designer - working in advertising, the web and branding.

My philosophy is summed up by the incredible Helen Keller: "Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing at all."

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

My family and I are currently on a round-the-world journey. We departed in Aug 2015. We will spend the Fall in Europe, Jan-Mar in India, Bangladesh, New Zealand and Australia. In Spring we travel North through S/E Asia, then China, Korea and Japan. Stopping in Hawaii (where I lived as a child) on our way back to California in Aug of 2016.

We are hoping to connect with people from different countries, learn about their cultures and share our experiences.

兴趣

I love cooking, especially healthy and nourishing meals. I teach a class on fermented foods like kimchi, yogurt, kombucha and beer. I also love the outdoors, hiking, surfing and exploring. I'm into yoga, meditation, wellness and conscious living. But none of these things is that interesting if I can't do them with my family.

Music is so mood based for me - I love it all at different times. Prefer documentary films and non-fiction books but will watch/read anything that is created with passion.
