I'm a Chinese student recently graduated from Singapore, and am gonna go to the United States for college. So yeah I'll be traveling a lot during the gap year and hope to meet interesting people along the way, for sure!

Like I said before, I just genuinely believe people around the world are somehow intricately and uncannily connected to each other. Though I might not be the most sociable person in the world, I still hope to get to hang out, to know more about the friends I never knew I had. And wish I had long ago. Yep.

Music, Movies, and Books

Big fan of Mika! I love pop music, Jazz and classical music:D And movies, I am hugely impressed by "Avatar", "Inception", "Dark Knight trilogy". Also very much addicted to TV series like "LOST", "Agents of Shield", "Fringe", etc. huge fan of these sci-if-ish dramas.

Then there's book... Well, to be honest, I don't read much and am a slow reader. But I am absolutely psyched about all the books Dan Brown has written. Yep, Angels and Demons, Inferno, everything happens in Geneva, Florence and Venice, where I am visiting this Summer!!!!!!!!! I'm really excited now

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach Chinese for sure, along with Chinese history, cultural stuffs, you get the idea. I can also teach what I know about music and visual arts. Share some songs I wrote, sang. But most importantly I believe in the power of stories. Stories link us all together, we have different backgrounds, cultures, mother tongues, ways of life, but I sincerely hope the CS experience can bind people like us together! I'm still new on the site, but I strive to learn more from everyone I host and those who are kind enough to host me!!!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Amazing experiences in so many parts of China I have travelled to, my four years' high school life spent in Singapore, interesting encounters when I visited the United Kingdom, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.
