About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My partner and I are going interrailing for 2 months to see the wonderful places and people that Europe has to offer.

ABOUT Us
Olivia (my partner) and I are two professionals, who are taking a career break before the hard work really begins. Olivia is a fourth year Vet student and I am just about a start a career as a Maths teacher in the south of the UK. I currently work as a support worker at Joseph Chamberlain college in Birmingham.
In the past ten years I have done and seen an awful lot of amazing places, and I've been to over 30 different countries. I love talking about travelling, whether that's recounting stories of past experiences or planning new ones.
We as a couple are very lovely people, we're clean, respectful, good cooks and quite outgoing. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

PHILOSOPHY

Live life to the full by seeing and meeting the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet some amazing people, experience the places we go to like a local, create amazing stories and see the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

lMusic:
We've got a very ecletic mix of music and we typically like older stuff more, such as the beatles, chuck berry and pink floyd. We're not massively kean on anything really heavy, but most genres we do enjoy and we like sharing our music tastes.

Films wise:
Into the wild - amazing true story about travelling.

Yes man! Great film and try to make the most of every opportunity!

And Anything with Leonardo DiCaprio in - as he may just be one of my favourite all-time actors.

And books:
Something that we've read and loved recently is The tattooist of Auschvist and anything written by Ken Follet.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelled round africa for 2 months, been in the amazon for 5 weeks and travelled round USA, Canada and brazil for 6 weeks! I love to travel and experience more things! I will tell you all about it when I come to stay with you!

Teach, Learn, Share

As a soon to be Maths teacher I can share how to do quadratic equations and trigonometry but I imagine I may get less people interested in that.

We'd love to learn how to play the guitar and my partner in particular is very keen on learning it.

Our philosophies on the world and the people in it

Our recipes, and we'd love to learn new ways of cooking too

What I Can Share with Hosts

Our music tastes.

Cooking, my partner and I are excellent cooks and we'd love to share our new paleo diet recipes that we've been having these past few months.
