Cross Country Road Trip

ABOUT ME

So me and my best friends are about to embark on a road trip we've been planning since we were 12. Were 27 now, and I've recently decided to head west and move to St Louis (from NY) to pursue a career, love, and most of all Life. My buddy Justin and I decided this was as good a time as any to turn our 12 year old dream of a cross country road trip together into a reality. We've decided to detour and see as much of the country as possible in 9 days. We leave from Long Island NY on September 30th, we are going to Pittsburg, Cincinnati, Louisville Kentucky, Nashville Tennessee, Birmingham Alabama, a random town in Mississipi, Memphis, LIttle Rock Arkansas, a national forest or two, and our final destination of St Louis MO. Money is a little tight so other than a couple of tickets to maybe the worlds largest ball of yarn, or a sunflower museum, and our firstborn children's blood at the gas stations, we're going to be enjoying the amazing natural (and most importantly FREE!) things this country has to offer.

What are we looking for on CouchSurfing? We are looking for places to stay along the way (A couch, a tent maybe, or even just a suggestion for an amazing place to lay our heads under the stars). As well as ideas of fun and amazing things to see and do along the way, cool people to meet, great beers to drink, amazing food to try and most importantly an amazing experience we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Right now I'm looking for Help along our trip... But I am a FIRM believer in "paying it forward", Karma, and general human respect and appreciation. So once I get to St Louis, and situated I fully intend to pay back whatever generosity we receive on this trip 10 fold.
