I play music, I travel/tour, and I work as a teacher/tutor.
Politically I am left/progressive/etc,.
Generally speaking I'm: kind, intelligent, respectful, hard working, humorous, well traveled, a pretty good cook (mostly organic/vegan/vegetarian and home grown from my garden).

I've played guitar since I was 8. I have been writing, recording and putting out music for many years. I travel and tour playing music whenever possible.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Music: I have spent a lot of time on my own music the last 20 years (At the Spine, The Beautiful Sunsets, Mike Spine, etc.). I'm not specific to any one genre, but generally I like intelligent and sincere folk rock, rock, punk rock, etc.

Film: mostly foreign and independent films like Delicatessen, Run Lola Run, Dead Man, etc.

Books: Yes I read a lot of those in my K-12, undergraduate and graduate studies. Fast Food Nation, Steinbeck, Alice Walker, Zora Neil Hurston, Chomsky, leftist political stuff, magazines, articles, etc.

I don't have so much free time to read for pleasure these days, as I'm usually writing songs, playing songs, working on music business stuff, or when I am teaching, I do a lot of reading and writing student work, making lesson plans, etc.

I've been very fortunate to travel much of the US and the world playing music. I've also been very fortunate to live for periods in Europe, Asia, and other locations. Too much to write. I'll save it for face to face time!
