ABOUT ME

I'm pretty chill.

Grew up in Northern California
Went to school in Southern California
Studied abroad in Tokyo
Road tripped from L.A. to Vancouver
Lived on a friend's floor in New York City
Taught English in Busan, Korea
Backpacked around Asia.
Now I'm a graduate student at Columbia.

I'm into languages and culture.
I know a little bit of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish. Always interested in learning more.

PHILOSOPHY

It doesn't matter if you don't know what you want to do with your life, all that matters is that you continue searching.

Once you've found your goal, aim for the highest. Continue improving yourself in pursuit of that goal.

Don't settle until you're truly satisfied. Explore until you are. Don't take for granted what you have.

Life is a marathon, but it's too short to live unhappy.

I've always had a great time traveling and the kindness and hospitality locals have offered me has always differentiate a "vacation" from memorable experience. I'm looking to make friends and see if I can be just as awesome a host.
